Our Tariffs
Our self-catering accommodation is provided mainly on a Saturday to Saturday basis. The prices for a one week rental vary throughout the year:
- Nant-y-Felin Holiday Apartment: from £150 to £850 per week
- Holly Cottage: from £125 to £395 per week
- Fir Tree Cottage: from £125 to £395 per week

Our Terms and Conditions
Deposit of £100 payable for each week booked ,£200 for the large properties, cheques to be made payable Mrs. Ann Reynolds. This deposit is non refundable once the booking is accepted.The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival and commencement of holiday. Full amount is payable for all bookings made less than one month in advance.
Bookings commence 3.p.m.on the day of arrival and terminate by 10 am. on the morning of departure unless special arrangements have been made in advance. No person in excess of the number stated in the booking to occupy a property .Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense to the tenant. The client agrees to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition, to report breakages and damage and to pay for them prior to departure .Payment will only be requested when this is considered reasonable.
We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any persons(s) whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of other visitors.
Smoking is strictly not allowed in any of the properties. Pets MAY be allowed, please enquire.
Note: For your own protection we strongly recommend that you obtain holiday cancellation insurance as once the booking is accepted the full balance is then due for payment. Provisional bookings can be taken over the telephone although these will only be held for seven days during which the deposit should be paid. If the deposit is not received at the end of seven days we reserve the right to re-let the property.We reserve the right to cancel reservations in line with our cancellation policy which is available on request.
