Nantyfelin Holiday Apartment
The ground floor apartment is entered by the main front door and leads into a large and spacious hallway which is wide enough for a wheelchair as are all the doorways.
There is a large airy twin bedroom and a pretty double bedroom on this floor both overlooking the gardens and then over to the sea, castle and mountains. They share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath but there is no shower in this bathroom.
The dining room/morning room has table and chairs and the Welsh dresser and old bells used for calling the servants still hang from the wall in this room and date back to 1900.The enclosed gas fire with living flame in this room makes it cosy and warm during colder days but it is always lovely and cool in the summer months. Once again there are sea views from this room.
The kitchen has plenty of workspace and has electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and all the usual modern requirements for easy catering. There is a separate utility area with washing machine and freezer.
The wide stunning staircase from the hallway takes you to the first floor section of this apartment where there is another bedroom with en-suite shower facilities .This room has a double bed and the views from this room is quite spectacular overlooking the sea, mountains and Criccieth castle. The apartment has full gas central heating.
The top floor apartment is totally self contained and has a separate staircase.There are 3 bedrooms in this apartment as well,one double on the first floor and another double and a twin on the second floor.The large lounge overlooks the sea,mountains and the 2 castles and there are seaviews from the kitchen and two bedrooms. The other bedroom has a garden view.The lounge has comfy seating and television and dvd player.There is a living flame gas fire for the cooler months plus the gas central heating.The large kitchen has dining table, chairs and all the usual requirements for the modern kitchen.The double bedroom on this floor has a shower in the bedroom and the wc and wash basin are across the landing.The other bedrooms are reached by another staircase and there is a shower room on this floor which services the two bedrooms on this floor.
All bed linen is supplied free of charge but neither kitchen or personal towels are included.

- Bookings are mainly Saturday- Saturday but Friday- Friday in the top floor apartment.

Gas and electricity are read by meter readings on arrival and departure on all properties and charges at the current gas and electricity board’s current price per unit.
There are reduced rates for smaller groups in the larger property and we also offer a reduced rate for seniors.
