mature gardens with stream,lawns,patio and orchard.It is in a central position for touring the Snowdonia coastline and National
Park.Close to Portmeirion (where the Prisoner was filmed),slate and copper mines and narrow gauge railways.
Wonderful beaches,golf and fishing are all available locally. British rail station, buses ,shops,restaurants
and pubs are all within walking distance.Criccieth has lovely small independent and individual shops,wonderful homemade ice
cream and a very good fish and chip shop.

The main house has 2 apartments, one on the ground floor with a double and a twin bedroom and one on
the first and second floor which has 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 doubles and one twin room.
There are 2 cottages in the grounds, Fir Tree is the smaller of the two and has one double bedroom,Holly
Cottage also has one double bedroom but a small bed or cot will just about fit in the bedroom in this cottage.
